Return Policy

At Techno Stores, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

We offer returns only in the case of a defect, damage, or if the wrong item was received, under the following conditions:

Return ConditionsReturns are accepted only in the following cases:The item arrived damaged.The item has a manufacturing defect.You received the wrong item.The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.The item must be in its original condition (unused, with all original packaging and accessories).A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided with the return request.

Return ProcessContact us via [WhatsApp / Email / Contact Form] with a description of the issue and photos showing the defect or problem.We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.If approved, we will arrange the return at no cost to you.Once we receive and inspect the item, the full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Important NotesReturns will not be accepted for reasons other than a product defect or issue.If the item is found to be in proper working condition after inspection, it may be returned to the customer without a refund.We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
